Our Youth Ministry Handbook provides all of the details necessary to ensure your child is safely engaged. You can review the guidelines in which all leaders, staff, youth, and parent/guardians are to expected to conduct themselves. 

It is important that we have several consents on file for your child to participate fully in Rhema Rising. Click the link to review and complete the general consent form, as well as forms for media, medical and transportation. 

This form must be completed within 2 hours of the incident.

Completed reports must be submitted and made available to Youth Ministry Leadership and Pastoral Leadership within 24 hours of the incident.
